My Journey

From a humble beginning in manufacturing, I spent over a decade mastering the dynamics of production and operational efficiency. This early career not only moulded my understanding of business processes, but also honed my leadership skills. I entered the world of executive directorship at the tender age of 21 and became a managing director by 23, demonstrating my natural ability to lead and innovate.

In 2019, I took a leap into the e-learning industry, followed by a move into L&D recruitment in 2020. These transitions broadened my horizons, deepening my understanding of how different industries operate and how to adapt and excel in rapidly evolving sectors.

My Approach

Honesty, consultation, and occasionally a bit of challenging critique form the cornerstone of my coaching style. I firmly believe that constructive criticism is just as valuable, if not more so, than constant praise. I am passionate about getting to the root of challenges, questioning the status quo, and helping my clients develop solutions that are not only effective but also sustainable.
