My Journey

After starting my career in recruitment, I moved abroad, had my first child and then realised that the corporate world was no longer my destiny! I started my first personal training business in 2004. From there I progressed and incorporated hypnosis and NLP coaching to my offering. For many years I coached people in the corporate world, normally where they discovered that they too had an inner entrepreneur that was waiting to be unleashed!  

In 2008 my family and I moved to Canada where I furthered my training and also ran family businesses with my husband spanning from sales consulting, to an Amazon business to a football training academy start up!

Since moving back to England in 2022, I am excited to help entrepreneurs to bring their plans and goals to life!

My Approach

My coaching style consists of helping you to find solutions and answers where you once saw problems or limitations. I am an encourager at heart, but there is no fluff when it comes to realising your dreams! Getting out of your own way is a serious business, and that’s why I use my 20 years of training in mind-body tools to help you achieve success. 

While I am your greatest supporter, I will challenge you to find the best and most motivated version of yourself, as that is where your gold and answers can be found.

It’s safe to say that I am as committed to you as you are to your dreams!
